Hamid — The Last Firefighter
In memory of Hamid Mahdavi
An elegy for courage and sacrifice — for those who ran toward the fire to carry others home.
The Last Firefighter — the one who walked into the smoke when everyone else was running out, and carried the wounded home on his back. This song is for ordinary, unbreakable courage: for the people who give everything to save a stranger, and ask for nothing in return.
